● Ski-In/Ski-Out: Ski access is weather-dependent. The ski run is typically open from late December through April.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

Damage Waiver
For a one-time, non-refundable fee of CAD $35, guests receive coverage of up to CAD $600 for accidental damage and normal wear and tear that may occur during their stay. Damage resulting from violations of the property`s policies or house rules is not covered.

Security Deposit
Alternatively, guests may choose a refundable security deposit of CAD $600. A pre-authorization hold will be placed on the payment method approximately two (2) days prior to arrival. If no damage is reported, the hold will be released following check-out. For extended stays, the pre-authorization may be renewed periodically throughout the reservation.
