Property was clean, but our room was right beside maintenance access road, so not very private on the balcony.

Nice stay, as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay at Laurel Crest with the exception of the walls were so thin we could hear the guy in the next room snoring. Our host was very easy to work with and very accommodating with our needs. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of room.

Unit needs thoroughly cleaned, carpet dirty, furniture scratched and nicked, ceiling in bathroom needs repaired and painted. Stove top was scratched up but that is expected for glass top range. Kitchen and bedroom nice. It was okay for what we paid.
