This development of town homes is fairly new to St. Simons and is conveniently located on the Island with easy access coming on and off the Island as well as many Island amenities. Grocery stores and many shops are within a half mile.

Overall, we had a great stay! The property was just as described and as pictured. The kids enjoyed the pool. The floor was a little gritty upon arrival, and there were no rugs to catch dirt at entrances. We bought a few from the dollar store. We also had an issue with the AC not cooling, but management sent someone out to fix it promptly.

Great 3 bedroom two and a half bath condo close to shops, restaurants and beach. Condo complex had a great pool. Family friendly condo. Host communications great. Remember to bring shampoo and conditioner. We came for beach and golf trip. Lots of fun! We will book the condo again.
