The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. The Signature is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. This property was very clean and the host was communicative, even checking in mid-stay to make sure I was comfortable. This unit is in Tower 1 which is very close to the MGM Grand. It has more space than many hotels in Vegas, especially for the price. I loved that I had access to MGM’s pool complex. This unit has a nice sized balcony. I also appreciated the cook top, microwave, and fridge. I highly recommend this property.

It was nice to have a kitchen and a fridge for my stay in Vegas. Uber pickup is super easy. The view was great, and check in was straightforward. If you want to stay away from the madness of a casino, this is a great option! Would stay again!

There was food found on the floor when we arrived. The charging cord bedside did not work. One of the lamps bedside was missing the switch to turn it on. We were awoken one morning at 5:30 am by a fire alarm and a recorded message saying to disregard the alarm and that went off for 30 minutes. The next morning we were trapped for 5 hours by an active shooter.
