Our very comfortable apartment, completely renovated with taste, will seduce you with its neat decoration and its ideal location near the center of the village and the shops.
Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and are ideal for a holiday for two couples or 1 couple with children.
A 10-minute walk away, along a pleasant path along the stream, you will find yourself in the centre of the village with its shops and entertainment.
In winter, you can leave your car in the covered parking lot, and walk (5 minutes) to the Rosay gondola which serves the entire Grand-Bornand ski area. If you wish to move around the resort or in the neighbouring resort of La Clusaz (5km), free shuttles, thanks to your guest card, will take you to the foot of the apartment.
In summer, everything is nearby: the swimming pool with slide, the tennis courts, the mini golf, the fitness trail and the children's games. You will take the opportunity to go for walks in the Aravis massif where ibex, marmots, chamois will be there. Taste the farmhouse reblochon by visiting the farms.
You will be able to shine on Annecy with its pure lake and its beaches; Chamonix or Geneva to spend a day rich in emotion

We enjoyed a great holiday in this lovely apartment !
It was spacious, extremely well equipped and had a lovely, comfortable home from home feel to it. The owners were very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information about the locality.
The location was great for lifts, ski hire and ski bus stops etc. and had a good choice of bars and restaurants too. In particular we found a super restaurant
La Croix Saint Maurice Hotel Restaurant in The Market Square.
Would definitely recommend this property for winter or summer stays.
