Remarkable renovation! Beautiful & beachy 2 bed, 1 bath condo situated in a fabulous location by the beach. Come see why St Pete Beach is the sunset capital of Florida. This condo was recently remodeled with all high end amenities. 3 beds and a pull out couch: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 twin & pull out sofa. Check out the pics!
Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the boardwalk, grab a drink or a burger as you pass by the Paradise Grill, and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sugar sand between your toes!
A poolside condo with gulf views - sunsets are included.
The kitchen has is fully stocked to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.
Central heat and air.
Flexible check-in times.
Wi-fi, cable, & 3 smart TVs included.
Beach chairs, umbrella, volleyball, & sand toys are included (so you don't have to pre-reserve/pay for anything.)
Linens & towels are included (1 laundry switch-out included with stay).
There is a community charcoal/BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
Walk to fantastic beach restaurants, live music, all-night ice-cream shops, and bars.

Property is almost right on the beach, one - not very busy road to cross to reach the path to the beach. Absolutely beautiful beach. That was most important to us. Rooms were clean for the most part and furniture adequate. No one seems to clean corners and behind doors anymore??? Easy suggestions we would have were a mirror in each of the bedrooms. Maybe some kind of rug at the front door to catch some of the sand. Locks on the doors took more than a minute to figure out, we had to pull the doors took shut tight to get door to open or lock when we left. Once we figured it out, it was easy enough. Our air conditioning was not working properly, but fixed as soon as repair man could get there. WiFi was really spotty - actually we probably could not connect more often than we could. Long review to say this is a very good property, small things could make it excellent. We would rent here again. Grandma, daughter, granddaughter vacation

Property was updated and clean. The condo is very convenient to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Parking was open and allowed quick easy access to the condo. Pool area is clean and private. The grounds are very well groomed and maintained.

Great proximity to the beach but have been to much cleaner properties. Black mold in keurig water tank, sand in sheets, popcorn and trash in pull out couch, no hand soap in bathroom and kitchen soap was a near empty bottle of Palmolive just filled with water.
