The home was perfect for our group. We were in town for an event at Naval Station Norfolk located only a few minutes away. The home was very clean. Everything on the inside of the house was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The backyard lounge area had some older chairs that needed some TLC, but it really didn’t matter for us. The listing does say that there’s a hot tub on site, there unfortunately is not. It was not a factor for us in renting the property though. Getting in and out of the house was super easy using our code. If you decide to park in the driveway, it is very very tight. So if you’re bringing multiple cars, definitely plan on street parking. Overall, the house was perfect for what we needed and reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

Nice neighborhood. Very walkable to so many things. At no fault to the host, lots of fireworks on July 5th going well into the wee hours of the morning.

The house was wonderful. The host took so many extra steps from coffee and all kinds of extras for the kitchen; there is a crock pot and mixer. There were spices and seasonings provided for all our needs for cooking. They provided beach chairs and towels and sandcastle making toys for kids. There was laundry detergent provided in the laundry room. This made it so convenient to take home clean clothes. We cannot say enough about neat the extras were. These hosts really thought of everything. You just need to bring your clothes and any food.

Host was on point when we called house was good a few things need repaired nothing major house was treated for insects but application didnt have full chance to work fleas still in lower bed room just thought fir the price the house would be more top notch front door hinge off
