This Private Forest Ridge Home has room for 6 adults or families of up to 8. Pull into Forest Ridge and you'll find this home on a private road. Go up the steps to enter the home where you'll walk through the foyer to the 1st bedroom and a full bathroom. This main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, living room, and access to the deck with patio furniture to enjoy the fresh air of the White Mountains! There is also an A/C unit in the living room for hotter summer days. 2nd Floor you'll find 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy Lincoln and the White Mountains! There is also a basement with a few games and extra sleeping space if needed.
Great location with a hiking trail right outside your door! Or visit the many shops and restaurants in downtown Lincoln, or just relax and take in the peaceful views the White Mountains have to offer. This Home also offers passes to the Forest Ridge Recreation Center, where you can share an indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, and social activity area.
Being so close to Loon Mountain Resort gives fun opportunities for all ages and all seasons! Have a blast exploring the Loon Adventure Center by Zip-lining down Loon Mountain and over the Pemi River or Scenic Gondola Rides up to the top of Loon Mountain with incredible views. Climbing Wall and Bike Rentals are also available. Great spot for hikers, explorers, fishermen, bikers, and adventurers. This home is located just off New Hampshire's scenic Kancamagus Highway, which gives you quick access to many other NH attractions just a short drive away!

The photos do no justice for the size of this house. There were five of us staying for a week and it was PLENTY spacious enough! It’s very well equipped, clean and very close to everything. We’re definitely hoping to stay here again.

Only thing I would suggest is letting the owner know when renters are checking out late so they don't show up while renters are there. He was nice, but awkward

The process with picking up and dropping off keys is very inconvenient, it's a 20 min drive. The house is specious with 4 bathrooms. Kitchen is a nice size, but very little cookware and the ones that were there are really old. Grill didn't have thongs, so we bought them and left them for the next guests. Bring your body wash, shampoo/conditioner because that was not provided. Also, had to buy garbage bags and pods for a dishwasher, because only "starter kit" was provided. Starter kit include 1 garbage bag and 1 dishwasher pods. Sheets on our beds very not clean. One vedroom sheets had stains, another bedroom's pillow smelled like aftershave. We also had to get laundry detergent, very little was left and we used it to clean all of our sheets. We visit New Hampshire often, and never had issues with no AC houses, but this one really needs one upstairs. I don't know if it was a heat from the attic/roof, but it was really hot in the upstairs bedrooms. They do rent additional ACs, they are 25 a night. In one of the mornings while we were enjoying quiet morning a mower stoped by, and mowed the lawn roght around us, that was really awkward. The location of the house is great, quiet road, no close houses/neighbors. 5 minutes from the "main road" with restaurants, Price Choper and a library. Many other attractions also close by.
