The apartment is approximately 45 m² and features a cozy living-dining area, a separate bedroom (double bed, 160 x 200 cm), and a fully equipped kitchenette (including a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster), as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The decor is in the Canarian style, and the wooden ceilings typical of the island give the cottage its romantic charm. Amenities include satellite TV (German channels), free Wi-Fi, and a radio/CD player. A washing machine is available in a separate room for a small fee. For cooler days, there’s a radiant heating panel in the living room and an electric heater in the bathroom.

The apartment, which features its own sun terrace, is surrounded by palm trees, strelitzias, and many Mediterranean flowers and plants. The sun terrace is equipped with patio furniture, including cushions and a parasol.
