During your stay at Le Marina Bay, take a moment to relax by the pool or the hot tub.
Check in time is from 4PM to 9PM. Late check in fee of 50$ apply from 9PM to 10PM. It is required to call the team 1 hour prior arrival. Check out time is up to 10AM.
*** Note that you must be 21 years old or more to reserve at a property managed by Go Florida Condo by MIAMI DREAM (except Le Montcalm where you must be 55 years old or more). You must show official ID to check in.***
During your stay: We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. Toilet paper is provided for the beginning of the stay only. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided. One free parking space is available during your stay.
All regular fees, cleaning, resort and taxes are already included. If needed, you can refer to the pricing list below for other fees that may apply:
* Late check in between 9PM and 10PM: $50 USD
* Lost of keys: $100 USD
* Rental of a crib or high chair: $30 USD
* Laundry (towels) not washed before departure: $50 USD
* Garbages and recycling FINE: $250 USD
* Extra cleaning: from $100 USD to $200 USD
Note that smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Animals are not allowed; we don’t accept emotional animals. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to the property team before.

The condo was very nice, however, we were disappointed that there was no cable tv. And more serious, we had no hot water in the shower. I went to the office 2x to complain very nicely and they totally ignored me. There is no excuse for not having hot water for a shower after coming in every afternoon sweaty, covered with sunscreen, and having to take a cold shower.
And another thing. Why do paying guests have to do part of the cleaning when we pay a cleaning fee. Such as emptying trash and washing sheets, washing dishes, etc.
We would come back but are now hesitant because of the water and tv issues.

Our stay was perfect, everything was clean and everything we needed was provided for us. Thank you so much, the Le Mariana Bay made our trip even better.
