Loft Casa del Mar is one of our best apartments and is located in what many consider to be the best urbanisation on the entire Gandia beach.
As an introduction, we can say that it is a 190m2 house completely renovated by a decorator who was clear that two zones had to be created in the house, one for daytime facing the sea, where everyone would live together, therefore designing an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room with the "open space" concept, and another nighttime, resting zone, at the back.
Moreover, the zones are separated by a panel in which the rooms cannot be distinguished, in such a way that they are visually separate spaces.
In it, we find 3 spacious suites with their incorporated bathroom.
There is a courtesy toilet for visitors that is accessed from the dining room.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Large capacity American-style fridge.
Washing machine and Dryer.
WiFi with 300MB stable fibre
Two parking spaces are included in the price.
Swimming Pool and Padel Court.

The apartment was beautiful, everything that we needed was there and a fabulous location. Clean and comfortable and we had a great time during our stay.
The staff at AG were very responsive in answering any queries we had.
More comfortable cushions on the outside sofa / chairs.
