House in a very quiet private subdivision, 2.5Km from the beach of Sainte-Barbe and 1 Km from the village of Plouharnel and its shops. Close to the wild coast from Gâvres to Quiberon, or from Carnac to Locmariaquer and the Gulf of Morbihan, there is no shortage of walks, hikes and visits... But you can also enjoy the calm of the house with its swimming pool and terrace.
Weekly rental only.

-1 bedroom with 180cm bed (sheets provided)
-Bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer.
-Toilet with washbasin
-Living room with bow window, 2 sofas (including a 160cm sofa bed, sheets provided), 1 armchair, large coffee table, TV, board games.
-Dining area with very large table (12 chairs)
-Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, De'Longhi coffee maker, toaster, juicer, American refrigerator.
-garage with washing machine, 1 Weber barbecue, 1 Krampouz plancha, 1 ping-pong table, 1 shuffleboard, 1 surfboard, 1 paddle, 7 bicycles (be careful in the case of a puncture the bike must be repaired)
Upstairs:
-1 bedroom with 160cm bed (sheets provided)
-1 bedroom with 140cm bed (sheets provided)
-1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm (sheets provided)
-Mezzanine with 1 sofa bed of 160cm (sheets provided)
-1 WC
-1 bathroom with double sink and shower
Outside:
-Electric gate with remote controls and code keypad

A perfect holiday home with a fabulous host.We stayed as a family of six adults and one child; the house, gardens and surrounding area are so well presented and central for day visits.The house is very clean, beautiful in its decor, practical and extremely well thought through for the visitor! Seven bicycles; outdoor games; ping pong; BBQ etc. and a pool well beyond our expectations! Kitchen facilities were great and easy to use - best thing for us was the ice & water dispenser within the Fridge/Freezer… We felt very relaxed and safe in the house; screens around the patio can be lowered according to sun or wind and made good use of the security gates. Thank you Bertrand for allowing us to spend our vacation in your wonderful home. F, M and family
