This neighborhood has attracted well-known artists of the movie and music industry since the early 1920s and this property was owned by the "Marilyn Monroe" of the silent movies, Clara Bow.

Minutes away from Old Town Calabasas with its historic buildings, hanging tree and many rustic stores, restaurants, and a farmers market every weekend.
