• Fireplace is decorative only.

• AWD/4WD strongly recommended in winter.

• Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, detergent).

• Guests provide beach towels, condiments, coffee, shampoo, and toiletries.

• Firewood for fire pit available to purchase on-site (no outside firewood allowed).

• Minimum Stay – 2 nights (3–5 nights on select holidays).

• Pricing includes nightly rent, cleaning fee, Damage Protection Policy, and taxes.

• 2 exterior cameras face the driveway for security. A maximum of two dogs are permitted, no more than 40 lbs each. Please be aware that violating our pet policy will result in extra charges. Thank you for adhering to our pet policy!
