Colony Point is a Contemporary Coastal Design Waterfront home with quick sailboat access to Charlotte Harbor Featuring: Heated Spa and Pool, large lanai and cabana space with built in kitchen for entertaining, private 30' dock for fishing or boating (fishing poles provided) luxurious master suite and located just a short walk to Ponce De Leon Park. Other features include high quality furnishings, décor and bedding, alarm system and pool door alarms, 4 adult bikes with locks and plastic ware for the pool area. ( manager may use the boat on occasion but will give notice)

We stayed at this same house last year and we had another fantastic vacation this year! The house next door dug up the wi-fi cable by mistake. Lance and Chad had the company come out the next morning first thing and got the cable repaired quickly. THANKS for taking care of a problem that was not your fault! Even though the weather was cool the first couple of days, the warm temperature of the spa and tub made it useable and comfortable.

This house is amazing we loved it. Great location the pool area is great, We spend alot of time out there. Would strongly recommend it to any one.

Pool and hot tub were great, with easy operation of the hot tub. Great location to many restaurants and shopping.
