Welcome to Your Very Private Pine Island Retreat!
Experience the quiet charm of Old Florida at our 5-star rated waterfront cottage, tucked beneath majestic oaks and swaying palms just minutes by bike, walk or car from the restaurants, bars, and marinas of St. James City.
Set on nearly ½ acre of private property, with empty lots on both sides, this peaceful canal-front retreat is entirely yours to enjoy — including a 25-foot boat dock for easy access to the island’s legendary fishing grounds.
Spend your afternoons fishing from the dock while watching manatees and dolphins glide through the canal, then fire up the grill with your fresh catch — or bring home local seafood from nearby fresh fish markets. This is Pine Island living at its best: relaxed, authentic, and connected to the water.
Inside, you’ll find a freshly renovated cottage with clean contemporary styling, thoughtful design, and everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
The Space
The cottage has been fully renovated with all-new interiors and updated patios. Designed for comfort and privacy, the home offers an easy, single-level layout once inside.
Out back, a gas grill awaits your culinary skills — perfect for dock-to-table dinners under the palms.
