Overall the experience was good. If you have older kiddos, definitely worth it. We have a 14 month old and she was really fond of the stairs, the baby gate provided didn’t actually fit in the stair area. So we just had to lean it to block her from getting to the stairs. I would highly recommend investing in someone to build you a custom gate for the stairway, but we managed. In the primary bedroom there was left over balloons behind/next to the red chair from previous guest. The first night we realized we had no hot water, turns out the breaker had tripped. Maintenance came right away though which was a plus. It’s very cute for the price and close to the beach. The community was really nice, my kiddos were constantly making friends and everyone respected one another. We absolutely loved the fridge, because it made round ice cubes(it’s the little things). They provided lots of blankets also which is nice, because we have stayed in other places that don’t believe in blankets and then you’re freezing all night. The patio area is also super cute overlooking the pool.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The condo was clean , and had a perfect pool view. Would definitely recommend for families with children.

My kids have been wanting to stay in the "round" houses for years. It was a neat place, great location, nice parking, close distance to pool, quiet. However, I feel like the Coastin Case could use some work. The floor was really soft in some spots, especially near the toilets. I didn't like that they had no dressers for clothing. The ceiling in the kitchen was left unfinished as well and was not mentioned at the time of booking. It could also use some rugs near the front door, the bathrooms, and next to the beds to wipe off sandy feet...

It was as described except for a big ceiling fracture. During times of extreme weather we were nervous. It would have been ideal to know if the ceiling damage prior to arrival with an option to cancel. Other than that the home is as described. Pool needed maintenance too- leaking shower, caution tape at pool was in slightly. Property management company was apologetic but no compensation offered for lesser than advertised product.
