Kick back and relax in this stylish recently renovated one bedroom one bath home with a beautiful lake view. This home features a spacious wraparound deck. It is fully equipped with both a grill and a Blackstone along with a dining set that seats six. There is also a comfortable seating area to relax in and a bistro table for coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night. Enjoy the view while lying in the sun on one of our chaises or grab the provided yoga mat and meditate while enjoying the view. The tidy yard is perfect for the several outdoor games provided or just to sit and relax at the fire pit while enjoying the Lake view.
In the warmer months for an additional $35 per night guests can reserve our newly renovated bunkhouse! The bunkhouse is located just feet from the main house and features 2 sets of bunkbeds and a fold out couch making plenty of room for an additional 5 guests. There is also a half bath for your convenience along with table and chairs for eating or playing games, an arcade game, and a tv. Fully equipped with an air conditioner this is the perfect hang out for kids and adults alike! Be sure to check out the pictures and message me for an updated price quote before booking as this is an add -on.
Pets are allowed for an additional $75.00. Your dogs will have use of the doggie door with its own little doggie deck!
The bedroom features a full-size bed, sitting area and plenty of space for your personal items along with a wall mounted tv.
The living room includes a pull-out sofa and seating area along with a wall mounted tv.
The additional seating area has space for an air mattress and includes a wall mounted tv.
The full kitchen includes a table for 2 and a counter bar area with stools. Water is available on the front of the refrigerator.
The laundry room also stores several small kitchen appliances for guest to use.
The bathroom features a large shower and a luxurious towel warmer.

Place was wonderful. Very clean and very well decorated. Well worth the money. If we didn’t have to take clothes there wasn’t anything that we would have needed. It was equipped with everything you would want! Very peaceful.

KnotRLake is sparkling clean and stocked with amenities that most dont think of. Rachel and her husband were accessible and responsive. Everyone who travels with their dogs will also appreciate this great stay whether you are staying put and relaxing on the deck or making day trips to Erie and attractions. We had rented the bunkhouse also, but found it inhabited by bees who were taking shelter from the extreme heat. Jason came over immediately and apologized, scheduled an exterminator who was able to come on the 3rd day, so the double bed and couch in the LR were not how we had anticipated our sleeping arrangements for 2 adults and a son with autism. Rachel refunded the bunkhouse rental.They provide a number of activities, the bikes are pretty much in need of maintenance or replacement.Our complicated medical needs govern our vacations- so we were disappointed with the bunkhouse situation, but that is the only thing we were disappointed with.

Very nice waterfront cottage!! We enjoyed the deck immensely and even got to see bald eagles on almost a daily basis. The cottage amenities were perfect for us and our pups. There are ample kitchen tools if you want to cook and for that one night out, make sure you visit the Riverside just 4 miles away! Beautiful place! Would (will) absolutely visit again!!
