Good communication with Host. Easy check in/check out. House is very comfortable. Very clean. Good layout, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The River view from the front porch, and every window for that matter, was even better than expected. During our stay we had at least 2 ships pass by each day. House is located an easy drive to Clayton,Alex Bay, and elsewhere. Highly recommend a stay at Golden View.

We loved watching the large freighters go by. We had an app which located ships coming by. Weather was great. We could not figure out the TV so we didn't get to watch much TV. Also missed not having a dishwasher.
