This condo complex is located on the beach with amazing oceanviews. Situated in the privated gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation, Brighton Towers, 1st floor. Close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, bars, shows, nightlife. You'll love this condo because of the coziness, the location, and the views. This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.
During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Brighton building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub), and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.
Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.
You DO have access to the Brighton pool and hot tub.

The unit was absolutely amazing! Very spacious, up-to-date, comfortable, and clean. My family will definitely stay there again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Saunders Place. The unit was beautiful and extremely comfortable. It is so much larger than it looks from the online pictures. Each room (to include the bathrooms) was spacious and tastefully decorated. There were even beach towels, a few beach chairs, and an umbrella available for use. The other plus was the location of the unit. It was on the first floor to the right of the elevators, so it was tucked away by itself. We also enjoyed the view from the main balcony as we could see the pool area and the beach. This was the perfect unit for some peace and relaxation. We will definitely be coming back.

I think the place was nicer than the photos shown. We plan on staying here again next year if the unit is available.
