Fantasic place! Super clean. The grounds and beach area were amazing. Great location with easy walks for restaurants and the Coconut Marketplace shops.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Lae Nani. The unit I rented this time is perhaps one of the older buildings and due for an upgrade. Each time I entered the unit I was hit with a heavy mildew smell. Also the heat pump went off and on loudly in the bedroom bathroom, which was annoying. The metal slatted windows in the kitchen and off the decks were discolored like the metal was wearing down (white blotches). I loved my first experience in building 5 and was looking for a 1 bedroom this time. I love this place but I was uncomfortable with these issues.
