We stayed in January so it was chilly, we didn’t use the back deck. But the house was perfect for our family. The kids bunk bed room was a hit! The golfcart to take around the resort was one of our favorites! The pool closest to the house was our favorite (it was heated!) Sandestin beat all our expectations, we had a wonderful week there!

The house was very nice. There was a roach in the kitchen when we checked in. I would also recommend sprucing up the amenities. We did not have toilet paper or soap in some bathrooms. Most places leave a starter kit of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. We didn’t have any of these items. Hope this info helps to make your future guests stay a little better.

The overall stay was good. had major issues with the golf cart, which never seemed to be a concern or addressed. Constantly would die and have to be plugged in. Yes, other transportation options, but management wasn't the easiest to work with.
