This freshly updated two-bedroom, two bathroom condominium is situated directly on the white sandy beach of this lovely oceanfront property. Minutes away is a full scale grocery store, offering all that you may need, including wine and beer.
!!!CONSTRUCTION NOTICE!!!Construction will begin in late september to replace balcony handrails and also the breezeways. there are 3 buildings o n the property work will begin on building B which is on the central part of the property then proceed to building A, which is on the north end of the property , our building C which is on the south end of the property is to begin in the middle of May 2027. work will start at 8 and end at 5 during business hours, expect to hear some noise during those hours, the pools will remain open during the process. This unit is located on the third floor of the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. It is situated on the south end of the property, which offers sweeping views both up and down the ocean front stretch of Amelia Island. Our end-unit balcony provides unobstructed views to the North, oceanfront, and a vast view to the South. Your view is as far as the eye can see up and down the shores of this lovely island.
