Guests enter Sun, Sea and Stars through the back door of this elevated home. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy foyer that connects you to four of the home's en suite bedrooms, a laundry room, a stairwell to the second floor and a stairwell down to the backyard, pool & patio. On the second floor of the home, you will find an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, living room and dining room. You'll also find the home's primary suite on the second floor, a half bathroom and a covered porch accessible through the kitchen. Every bedroom in the house has its own private bathroom. Follow the staircase to the third floor to find a half bathroom and access to the roof deck. You can enjoy a morning coffee outside on one of Sun, Sea and Stars two exterior balconies -- one on the ground floor off of the first floor master suite and one on the second floor of the home off of the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway & garage for up to 5 cars is included in the rental rate. No more than 5 cars may be parked on the property at anytime.
Sun, Sea and Stars is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.

The house was perfect for our trip! Such a quick walk to the beach, but still only minutes from Charleston! The rooftop is MASSIVE and was such a great place to hang out. The kitchen was very well stocked and thoughtfully designed to allow room to prepare large meals. The bedrooms were all cozy, and the pool was so refreshing. The porch swings were a true southern treat. I caught my daughter reading a book out there every day. We will return!!

Family vacation with four generations present. The home was perfect for our larger group. It was clean, well equipped, and in a great location for beach and grocery access. This was our first trip to the island and will definitely keep this home on the list for future visits.

The house is nice, big, and close to the ocean with an awesome roof.However, in no particular order: The hot tub heating was an additional 80/day for 2 hours of heating which you had to schedule ahead of time. So we didn't use the hot tub because it was either taking a long time to heat up, or it didn't stay hot once it was hot. Either way, it certainly shouldn't be a highlight of the house, especially as an extra cost.The door code doesn't work. As a result, we had to go around the other side of the house through the pool area to be admitted to the house.There was zero communication from the owners about sundries and provisions that were already at the house. As a result, we literally spent hundreds of dollars on toilet paper, paper towels, solo cups, salt, pepper, coffee sweetener, on and on. But when we arrived at the house, all of those items were already there.The communication about the sleeping arrangements were poor as well. I texted and asked if there was a pullout couch in any of the rooms so that we could accommodate more individuals. I received a text back that there was a murphy bed in one of the suites. But that murphy bed was not an additional bed. That was the only bed in that room. So that text was misleading. There were other items in the house such as beach chairs, towels, etc. that were available for our use. However, because this was never communicated to us, again we spent hundreds of unnecessary dollars on items we didn't need.
