Everything about our stay here was great! The house is in a really nice, quiet neighborhood away from the bustling city but still only 10 minutes away from downtown Nashville. The view of the rolling hills of the golf course was great! The house was very clean. The house is older, but still very nice and has so much character and charm! The host provided many thoughtful "extras" like shampoo and conditioner as well as other toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware as well as seasonings if needed. The host even left us some snacks. My family and I had so much fun playing pool and foosball on the coffee table. The beds were comfy as well as the couches and other furniture. We felt like we were at our home away from home on vacation. If we ever go to Nashville in the future, I will definitely try to book this house again!

Perfect location. Nice neighborhood. House was super clean & well stocked for all your needs. Try the Five Points area close by. Great shops & restaurants without having to go downtown every night. Communication with the host was excellent. We'll definitely be back!!

Property was just as it is, "Used for Income". It is very well maintained, however the exterior doors are very dated. The kitchen is well supplied with all that you may need to prepare a meal yet it also is dated. The exterior yard does not offer much in terms of grass areas due to all the weeds which have taken place of the grass. The neighborhood is quite nice and tucked away with a park near. It's also just 3 miles from downtown and the interstate.
