It was one of the best properties we’ve rented so far. There was plenty of space for everyone—a large living room, a beautiful porch overlooking the ocean, and just a 30-second walk to the beach. The spacious parking area, including covered parking for multiple cars, was especially convenient since we had to pack up in the rain with minimal disruption.A huge thank you for having two refrigerators in the kitchen—that was a big plus and highly appreciated by everyone.One improvement we wished for would be having a toilet and an additional fridge downstairs near the parking area/shower. This would make it easier to avoid tracking sand upstairs every time we need to use the bathroom.The host was mostly accurate, except for a couple of details I had specifically asked about before the trip:I was told there was no K-cup coffee maker, but there is actually a combo unit that supports both K-cups and a carafe, so you can bring either type of coffee.The refrigerator does have a built-in ice maker. However, you may still want to bring bags of ice to keep up with usage.Overall, it was a great place—very convenient and literally just seconds from the beach. One tip: the sand path to the beach can get extremely hot, so I recommend wearing sandals rather than going barefoot.

This was the most comfortable beach house I've ever rented. The air conditioning worked great. I've been in other beach houses that struggled to stay under 80 degrees. The interior finishes are modern & relatively new.It's a beach front location & doesn't have immediate next door neighbors which is great.
