Rethymno lies in the centre of Crete, a convenient base for seeing the island`s major sights.

The local bus station is about a 10-minute walk away, and Chania airport is approx. 65 km by road.

There is no on-site parking; a free public parking area is about a 5-minute walk away. The Old Town is pedestrian from 1 April to 30 November, so please plan your arrival by car accordingly.

- Rethymno Old Town is a pedestrian zone from 1 April to 30 November, so cars cannot drive up to the villa during that period.
- The swimming pool is closed from 31 October to 31 March.
- Quiet hours are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00.
- Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00 with an in-person welcome; check-out is by 11:00.
- No smoking indoors. Pets are not allowed, and parties or events are not permitted.
