Plenty of room for the whole family.

The air conditioning system wasn’t working properly.

It was nice especially for the price. Our entire group of 8 was able to sleep comfortably.

We stayed here for two nights before our cruise. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to address any issues, which we greatly appreciated. The home comfortably accommodated our group of six, and we loved having three separate bedrooms. The location was also convenient, with the airport, cruise terminal, and downtown Miami all less than 15 minutes away. That said, there were some drawbacks. During the first 24 hours, the air conditioning struggled to cool the house below 80 degrees. It was an extremely hot couple of days, so that may have contributed to the issue, but it was still uncomfortable and there were no ceiling or floor fans. The property is also quite dated and could benefit from some refurbishing. The neighborhood felt questionable to us, with bars on all the windows and doors, and it was not an area where we felt comfortable walking around. Additionally, there are steps up and down between the bedrooms and bathrooms, which could be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns, and it should be noted there is a rooster next door he crows ALL NIGHT!Overall, it worked well as a place for a large group to stay for a night or two before a cruise. While it did not fully meet our expectations based on the many positive reviews, the host’s excellent communication and willingness to help were definite positives.
