Fabulous 1-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the brand-new “Jardines de los Menceyes” complex (2022), overlooking one of the two magnificent swimming pools surrounded by a tropical garden.
This brand-new apartment (September 2022), located on the first floor with elevator access, will charm you with its modern and refined decor, ensuring all the comfort you’d expect from this new luxury residence.
The master suite features a walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom (bathtub/walk-in shower), and a separate toilet. A separate shower room with a toilet provides comfort for two additional guests.
With a total area of over 90m², the apartment features a large 25m² terrace overlooking one of the complex’s two 50-meter-long swimming pools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, and more.
The ultra-fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection will delight remote workers seeking some sunshine. Wi-Fi is also available at the pool and the gym.
International TV channels (BE, FR, ES, UK, DE, etc.) are available.
Sports enthusiasts aren’t left out, as the complex features an air-conditioned gym equipped with professional “Technogym” equipment (dumbbells, stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, weight machines, etc.)

The apartment plus whole complex including Gym , Swimming Pool , Gardens were immaculate .
Stayed 6 weeks can’t fault the Apartment in anyway, the bed was very comfortable & the kitchen has everything you require
Would recommend renting a car , as the local bus service from Palm Mar is not good.
