Comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood. A good sized pool and a nice patio area with TV.

Great family place to stay, very spacious! Multiple people could comfortably stay. Rich was super awesome- I even had a package delivered there after we left by mistake. And he had it taken care of for me. Returned via Amazon. The pool was great for the kids. Home is close to several great beaches. We hit all of them on our 10 day trip! Highly recommend!! Oh and the property had everything you could think of for the kitchen! Just if you’re flying in, make sure you’re prepared to buy beach chairs etc. but there is an umbrella that helped a lot! Thanks for allowing us to stay!

The house was clean and as described. It is obvious that it has been updated and is nice. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. There were a lot of nice touches like floats for the pool, beach towels, k cups for the coffee brewer, hooks in the bathroom for towels. The back patio has a nice sitting spot with a TV. This house is just minutes from multiple beaches. Would definitely stay here again. Host was easy to reach and responds quickly to messages.

Had a great time staying in Venice, was a quick drive to Casperson and all the shark teeth you'd like to have. House does not have a hot tub which is disappointing, but otherwise worked for our family
