Quaint, cozy, perfectly clean, awesome place to stay (hot tub is a huge bonus). perfect place to stay for a holiday on the Hilo side (close to everything/volcano)

Very nice place with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Close to Kona and the Volcano National Park. A!

Overall the house was nice and very clean. The neighborhood is nice but it is 20 minutes from the restaurants and places to see in Hilo so we traveled back and forth a lot.
As for the house, it says A/C which means a large unit in the living room and a smaller one in the master BR. Given how hot it gets, you need these to be one for a few hours before bed to get it cool enough to sleep. We managed but it would have been better if all the ceiling fans worked. The one in the twin BR didn't work at all and the one in the other guest BR worked only on a very slow setting. If these were fixed, it would be more comfortable without so much reliance on the A/C.
