Lake Vermilion year round home that sleeps up to 6 people. Perfect location and views on the east side of the lake. Located in the narrows off of Pike Bay.
Lake Vermilion is a premier lake in Minnesota with world class fishing! Walleye, pike, bass are all good and the muskie fishing is world class! (50+ inch class are plentiful in this lake).
Other local attractions include hiking (trail nearby), several local bar/restaurants that are within boating distance, casino at Fortune Bay, golf, many activities in Ely, and mountain biking at Giants Ridge. Lake Vermilion is also an excellent winter destination for ice fishing and snowmobiling, and downhill skiing at Giants Ridge.
Home Amenities:
Two upper level bedrooms, one containing a king bed and one with a queen bed, and both rooms have large flat screen televisions.
Upper level Living area with couches and a large flat screen television.
Kitchen stocked with basic essentials (pots, pans, utensils, kitchenware, microwave, refrigerator, stove, etc.)
Extra chest freezer in basement for ice or frozen goods.
Washer and dryer.
Upper level full bathroom.
Basement living area with couch and a large flat screen television.
Basement bedroom with a queen bed and trundle bed that contains two smaller single beds (best for children).
Basement half bath with newly installed shower!
Air conditioners in upper level bedrooms and mini-split air conditioning/heater for upper level.
Free WIFI.
Weber charcoal grill available for use (charcoal not provided / please clean grill prior to check out).
New, and large, private dock with space to park 1-2 boats.
Newly constructed Lakeview deck with an excellent view.
Firepit area by the lake.
McKinley Park and Hoodoopoint are within close distance and have great swimming beaches.
**Home contains two Ring video recording devices that monitor the exterior of the home. We respect our guests privacy and these cameras are primarily used for security and liability purposes. They are occasionally and briefly monitored to ensure no blatant rule violations (I.E. large party)**
Pet friendly (dogs only due to allergies with cats). Must be dogs that are well trained (must stay in yard or be leashed, minimal barking, potty trainied). Maximum of 1 dog allowed. Pet fee applies.
No parties or events out of respect to our great neighbors (no grad parties, bachelor parties, etc.).

Attention Winter guests (specifically snowmobilers): We welcome groups that wish to snowmobile, however we do not offer snowmobile direct access from the property to the lake due to septic tank concerns. Snowmobiles can either be ridden from the driveway to close access points (McKinley or Hoodoo point - couple minute ride), or trailered to those locations and offloaded. Once snowmobiles are on the lake, feel free to park at the shoreline and walk up to the cabin. Thank you for understanding!

Excellent property!Cabin had everything you could possibly need. very nice to be so close to two boat landings as well as close enough to town so that if you need to pick up additional groceries, just minutes away.Thank You!

Nice clean cabin right on beautiful Lake Vermilion. Easy to access and enjoy the lake. Great boat launch nearby along with being close to Tower.

Our family of 5 plus our dog had a fantastic time during our MEA break (October)! We loved how pet friendly the cabin was. The cabin was well appointed and clean. Our three kids (ages 9-10) had a great time with the foosball and air hockey table! The trail near the cabin was beautiful. We brought our boat and the dock was great. The nearby Soudan Mine State Park was very interesting and our kids loved it! If other larger families come to stay, would recommend bringing some plates as the cabin only had 4 large plates and 4 smaller plates (NOT a huge deal at all). Would definitley stay here again!

Great house, full kitchen, game room in the basement. Lots of fun and memories had here in the 3 years we have stayed. Would definitely recommend!
