My first time being in a tiny house and it was a good experience. The property provided everything that I need along with comfort, peace and easy accessible to restaurants and stores. Easy communication with the management team. I will be back!!!

The River retreat was quaint and had everything one might need. There are other potential tenants in the house in front, but they were respectful and nice. Unfortunately I was there when the remnants of a tornado went through, so it was rainy and I didn't get to enjoy the outdoor area much, but I can see how it would be lovely in good weather! All in all, it was a very plesant stay.

Our stay was interrupted twice by the landscaper who cut the grass during evening hours at 7 pm while we tried to sit outside. I thought that was disrespectful and not quiet at all. Also, the outside cushions were invested by ants so we were not able to use them. Otherwise the tiny house was as advertised but I would not come back for a quiet weekend.
