Our 51 m² vacation apartment is bright and inviting and features high-end amenities.

These include: a south-facing balcony, telephone, satellite TV, stereo system, microwave, dishwasher, and ceramic cooktop.

The vacation apartment features a living area with a sofa and an open-concept kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed.

Right nearby is the shopping promenade, the Haus des Gastes, and numerous restaurants and shops that invite you to take a leisurely stroll.

There is a general bicycle parking area in the underground garage.

For your comfort, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) and a laundromat, each available for a fee.

Welcome to the Residenz am Strand

This exclusive vacation apartment complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike and the fine sandy beach, and just a few meters from the pier and the "shopping promenade."

With our wide range of options, we can fulfill every wish—from solo travelers to family vacations, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore the area, get to the beach quickly, or would you prefer an apartment with a lake view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last authentic local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
