HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: Approx. 3-minute walk. Leaving the driveway, head one door north and a short block over on First Street for beach access. The nearby Third Street public boat launch is perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays between June and early August. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute stays. Sunday turn day is generally enforced outside of summer, but not always. When Sunday is enforced, shorter stays between Sundays is possible as well as longer stays of 10 nights or longer. DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by their dog.
