A true showpiece, the gourmet kitchen is outfitted with modern cabinetry, premium stone countertops, statement pendant lighting, New ovens with build-in air fryer, and a gas cooktop. An oversized island with seating for four is perfect for cooking together or enjoying morning mimosas. Outfitted with every amenity—coffee pots, spices, bakeware—plus a wet bar and nearby stylish office nook, this kitchen balances function with sophistication.

Dining Area
The dining space continues the blend of elegance and comfort, with a glass table, designer lighting, and art that adds vibrancy to the space. Seating for six, plus four at the island, makes entertaining effortless.
