Beautiful cabin on a clear, quiet lake. I could watch the loons for hours.

We loved it. Fishing was excellent; "loon island" is incredible. We loved kayaking. The cabin was so comfortable and relaxing. No dishwasher but it worked out...the view out the window while you wash is beautiful:) Loved the mix of woods and lake. Basically equidistant between Eagle River and Three Lakes which was perfect for us. We had two kids (ages 10 and 15) and 4 adults (parents and grandparents) and it was a nice amount of space. The basement games, table and couch/tv are nice but so is the view from main floor which has no TV. Loft bedroom was like a dream treehouse. The grade down to the pier/water is pretty steep; grandparents did not do it but it worked out fine for the rest of us. Enjoyed the fire pit too even amid the wet wood we were dealing with because it had been raining ;) Small hiccup while checking in but host was very responsive and helpful such that I hesitate to even mention it. We really hope to go back sometime!

Beautiful property, very well maintained. Kate was easily accessible to answer any questions. Very pleased overall.

Exactly the vacation we wanted. The cabin was clean, well-appointed, and very accommodating. It's far enough away from town you feel secluded when you want to, but close enough to still do all the things Eagle River has to offer. Perch Lake is a gem and the kids had a great time catching panfish, and a few bass, right off the dock. We loved every second and would return in a heartbeat.
