This house features a huge master bedroom with artesian Adirondack woodwork throughout and huge windows that provide panoramic views of the Lake and Blue Mountain. In addition, there is a enclosed deck off the master bedroom that has a seating area wrapped in windows. Full Bath upstairs along with a Den area. Downstairs has a full bathroom - bedroom 1 has a double and bedroom 2 has a twin over double bunk. Lake views from every bedroom! The modern kitchen transitions into the living-dining area and a slider onto the deck. You can hear the lapping of the water from every room in this house.

For a $59 fee per stay, your reservation includes Accidental Damage Protection up to $1,500. This covers life’s little accidents (like a broken glass, stained linen, or a bumped lamp) so you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about unexpected repair costs.
Coverage applies to unintentional damage only and does not include intentional damage, theft, smoking/pet violations, or excessive cleaning. All damages must be reported during your stay to qualify (full details in the rental agreement).

Our family stayed in this gem, right on the water of beautiful Blue Mountain Lake. The adults had their our bedrooms . My granddaughter loved her den. Our grandsons loved their bunk beds.
Every room had a view of the mountains and lake.
The master bedroom is gorgeous.
The kids had a small sandy beach to play and build sand castles. We had brought our kayaks, floats, and an inflatable stand up paddle board. So we had plenty to fun. The public beach is just up the road, walking distance which was very enjoyable.
My son, a chef, was very pleased with the cookware and made us delicious meals.
My DIL really appreciated the washer and dryer with having 2 young boys.
Definitely plan to return again when in the area.
Josh was very attentive when an issue came up.

This house has beautiful view and the area is gorgeous, however there were things that were misleading in both the description and the location. Be aware it is listed as four bedrooms, it is not. It is three bedrooms and an upstairs “bedroom area“ which is what is actually the den from the description. It is a three bedroom house. If you plan to use the upstairs den, which has a pullout sleeping area for two, make sure that you plan for kids since they will have no privacy as whoever needs to use king suite has to walk through their sleeping area.Also, in the booking, it says you are permitted to bring your own motorized watercraft. This proved to be quite a challenge due to the parking area at the house and limited information on the property lines. The house sits behind a huge abandoned storefront which we were directed to enter from either side, using a VERY steep downward circular driveway. The corners are tight around the house for any larger cars. Parking apparently goes into Neighbor’s property lines. Although we were not told we have limitations of how far the cars could be parked, neighbors complained to us. Also, we pre-contacted the livery a few doors down to confirm what the cost was to launch, the size of the ramp, and that also is very tight on the main drag, and no suggestions were given as to where dry dock for a trailer. The main floor is galley style (tight) through the kitchen, and it is a small living room for seating.Property needs detail attention.
