We had a lovely Holiday, the School House is very private, comfortable, clean and warm. It was a relaxing Holiday.

Everything you need for a ‘home from home’ in a stunning location.

Cottage was clean and warm when we arrived, but had no soap in the bathroom, or dishcloth in kitchen, which was otherwise well equipped. The shower was set at either a too hot 42C or cool 33C.The sitting room was comfortable, as was the bed.

Just spent a week at The School House and loved it. Everything you need is there in this comfy cosy wee house, which was scrupulously clean with Covid 19 in mind.
High Force is nearby and Eggleston Hall Gardens too. If you like cheese, try Teesdale Cheese Company near Copley for a wide range of cheese made on the farm and other local produce like pickles, chutneys, jams etc.
I hope I can come back to the School House again
