What apartment lacks in space is more than made up for in location and convenience. On a quiet side street in a vibrant neighborhood filled with cafes and bars. Shopping district and lively pedestrian streets are nearby. Metro and supermarket are within a five minute walk. Host made check-in and check-out very easy.

We had changes to our plans and needed an extra night after already booking. Denis was awesome at accommodating for us. Everything was really clean and greeted with the a/c on and water ready for us. If we needed anything Denis responded right away. Perfect location in Madrid 20 min or less walk to everything. Was a perfect stay!

The apartment is in a great location in a busy vibrant local neighbourhood. A few minutes walk from the Tribunals metro station. The apartment is serviceable. Some aspects could do with improving ie. the rugs could do with a clean. Some of the kitchen items needed a wash before they could be used. The washing machine is broken. We had a power cut. The host was very quick to respond with the necessary information re how to reset the fuse. I think this has happened to others guests so it might be an idea to have this information available next to the fuse box.
