Black hill is a gorgeous wee cottage and had everything we needed for a short stay. It’s on a main road and the parking was a bit of a tight squeeze but the road wasn’t too busy so that was good. The local pub was closed Monday and Tuesday and closed at 9.30 on the Wednesday but we had a lovely meal there on Thursday night. There was a pile of DVD’s that we availed of in the evenings and lots of info on the local area supplied by the owners. We had a very relaxing break there with our dog.

Set in a lovely location near a pub and a shop selling local produce. The cottage is located near a road and there is road noise including heavy Lorry’s.
