The Ribble Valley is well-known for its spectacular scenery, welcoming country inns and excellent walking opportunities. The area has an abundance of footpaths and cycle routes, making this the perfect base for those who love the great outdoors. Other places worth a visit and within easy reach include the Forest of Bowland, 15 miles and designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Samlesbury Hall, 10 miles, and Lancaster, 21 miles. This is a nice little house with a conservatory into the back garden. It's nicely situated with only a short block to go to the main street with pubs, groceries and shopping. It is well stocked with most anything we needed. The Property Manager is awesome but there are two negative items that we were not happy about. The shower is aweful - weak to non-existent water pressure and the bathroom lighting is terrible. Otherwise, it's a nice house with a great conservatory.
