Only a mile from the nearest beach and 5 miles from both the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Unfortunately rained a lot whilst there so cold and couldn’t use the garden, the place took a while to warm up being Grade II listed. Stairs between bedroom and bathroom could do with a rail, only 3 steps but if restricted ability could do with it, especially at night. Pleasant enough but didn’t feel we could walk down narrow lane as no where to go if car came in opposite direction as sides of lane very high hedges.. Owner lovely and sorted out minor issue quickly. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely week at Gewans Farm Cottage. Its in a nice quiet location, but centrally located for trips to Charlestown, St Austell and heading towards Mevagissey or Truro.

Lovely quiet countryside location not far from shops etc. clean and spacious.My dog hogged the best spot in front of the cosy wood burner, and children happily played with toys available.Owners very lovely, looking forward to another visit.
