Please be aware that this condo is privately owned and not a hotel room. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no full-time on-site presence available around the clock.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Schooner building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.
AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), waterslide, laundry facility, kids' slide area, or fitness center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.
PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.

The room was sufficient and it did provide an ocean view.

The freezer was leaking all over the floor the first night and the door wouldnt lock properly

From the time you book until check out you get emails from the property manager talking about how you will be charged for stained comforters etc…. You check in and find both comforters are stained. The first night you pull back the sheets and find a old bandaid in one of the sheets. The floor feels slimy from check in and all the towels in the bath room smell like smoke to the point you have to use the pool towels to even shower. The cleaners ask for a tip by leaving a envelope but not sure what they actually clean. The condo it’s self was oceanfront with great views but they need to fire the cleaning company.
