The property is located in the municipality of Albufeira, on a street perpendicular to the beginning of the Strip - a street of bars, nightlife, restaurants and shops frequently visited, essentially by young people. Despite being very close to the hustle and bustle, the house is in a quiet and protected location. Oura beach is 1.5 km away and about 15 minutes on foot. The old town centre is about 3 km from the property. Faro airport is 35 km from the property.

Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction of the security deposit:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.

• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Key left inside the lock.

• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
