Although we really enjoyed our stay i do think a couple of things need a look at in the cottage. The oven smokes very heavily when cooking, therefore setting of smoke alarms very quickly. The property is fine for two people or a family of four providing the children are quite young as you have to walk through the bathroom and main bedroom to get down stairs.

The bed broke and the cooker would not work. The owner lived in the house in front of the cottage but never did anything for us while we were there .

the bathroom was ok but the shower was very old fashioned and pretty basic.one had to stand in the bath and the water temp was very variable ...too hot then too cold......very poor!
