Our most recent visit to Cape Coral was most enjoyable! The house rental from the booking stage through the arrival, check-in and duration of our stay was the best we have ever experienced. Our host and property management were kind, engaging and very helpful on every level. The house was beautifully appointed and maintained. My wife and are were delighted with this rental and would love to return. We would highly recommend this house and management team.

This was our second 7 week stay at Rose Garden, what we refer to as our home away from home. We love this house and it’s location so much that we have it booked for 2027 already. We have rented several properties over the years in Cape Coral and this is our all time favorite. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful at night. The owner stayed in touch with us before, during and after our stay to make sure everything was perfect and it was. The house is within a 5 minute drive to the Westin Resort area that features bars and restaurants with fantastic views of the water. Book this property, you’ll love it.

We just completed a 7 week stay in Villa June and couldn’t have more pleased with the experience. During the past few years we have stayed in approximately 15 houses in the Cape Coral area and this property is by far the best. Shortly after booking our stay, we were contacted by the owner, June. Before and during our stay, she made sure we were happy with the property and that we had everything we needed. At check in we found the house to be spotless and well stocked with all household supplies. The interior of the home is brand new and is as pictured on VRBO. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The pool area was a great spot for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. The house is conveniently located to bars, restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed the Westin Resort area which is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Great views of the marina and open water are offered at the bars and restaurants. We were so pleased with Villa June we are already booked for 7 weeks in 2026. We highly recommend this property
