Most bedrooms provide a semi-private outdoor space, a flat-screen TV, for you to watch your preferred programs by private login, and 4 bedrooms have a Nespresso coffee machine, except from the ones provided in the 2 kitchens



The owner has provided a gym with state-of-the-art equipment for athletic visitors.

BUSINESS ARRANGEMENTS

Optional Catering: Catering can be arranged upon request through our preferred external catering partner. Advance booking is required at least one month before arrival and is subject to availability.



Parking: Covered parking for up to three economy-sized cars.



Air Conditioning: All rooms are fully air-conditioned.



HEATED POOL: One pool will be heated during 1 October - 31 May and is included in the price.



DEPOSIT: Guests are required to pay a damage deposit of Euro 3,000.- which will be blocked on your card until a week after departure.
