The Owners' Quarters is a lovely, open-plan, studio apartment at the top of a three-story, Caribbean-style house. Just steps away from level, off-street parking (mandatory in Upper Carolina), this light, airy accommodation offers nearly 1500 square feet of living space with a 600 square-foot covered verandah overlooking Coral Bay. The hand-crafted interior, literally built by the owners, offers classic styling and premium furnishings. This is the floor that we actually stay on ourselves when we are at the house and we furnished it accordingly.

Sarah was AWESOME. Everything got easy as soon as I texted her. ❤️ The kitchen was ready but i will say to have a stove top or hot plate would have been helpful. But everything.else was exceptional.

The house and its location over looking Coral Bay were just perfect for us! Christopher, the owner, and Sarah and JP, the onsight caretakers, were accessible to answer any questions.Since we had been to St. John before we knew the roads could be a bit challenging to navigate. It was helpful to find the house the first time in the daylight so we could have several landmarks to go by. We enjoyed a great week exploring and relaxing.

Our stay was incredible. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was so nice to be able to grab our chairs and snorkel gear and just go as soon as we got there. The caretakers were available at any time to answer our questions and give suggestions on our plans. We will be back!!
