TRAMONTO SULL`OCEANO at Seaside Beach: Seaview Condominiums is a modern oceanfront luxury property in Seaside. Offering amenities like a Keurig and Air Fryer, this two bedroom oceanfront unit is located on the first floor, giving guests a breathtaking view of the coastline. The Master suite has a Queen bed and it's own private bathroom. The guest room has a Queen and the living room has a Palliser Queen sofa bed.
You are only a 10 min. walk from Broadway and all the dining and fun that downtown has to offer. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min. on the check-out procedure. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. The minimum age for renting is 25 years old
Occupancy: 6 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)
Maximum Vehicles : 2 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)
Nightly minimums and rates will vary depending on market conditions:
Peak Season - 4 night minimum
Holidays - 3-4 night minimum over Holidays/Major Events
Off Season (October – May) - 2 night

Absolutely gorgeous condo with full waterview on the Seaside promenade. Nicely appointed throughout. This is a perfect place to relax (we loved the three oversized couches and fireplace in the living room) and enjoy the epic view. Kitchen is gourmet and served all us foodies well! The master bathroom is bonkers huge and amazing, perhaps larger than my condo! My only complaint would be there was a DVD player posted in the ad, and there wasn't one on the property (this old skool Gen-Xer travels with a Goonies DVD!)

This place is absolutely beautiful and was a great place to stay for a weekend trip to Seaside. It’s right next to beach access and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.
